Stayed here without the kids last year. Place is well maintained with strict rules. Strange staying at a place though with so many permanent residents when you are there for only a couple nights. Seems like only a handful of daily rental spots. Probably not the best place to bring kids, but no complaints either.

Very nice RV Resort, the only reason why I not give 5 stars is, there is NO internet and just 30 amp. Big plus , it is gated and very clean and in good shape, nice is also the pool and spa with ocean view.
Limited short term sites available in a large ocean side resort. Welcoming community of friendly full timers. Clean facilities, large well manicured sites.
Nice location on beach. Mostly park models. Very nice facility, with new laundromats and bathhouses.
