From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful and our suite ticked all of the boxes. It had a gorgeous view and is right on the beach and board walk. It was well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains helped us sleep in after a busy week. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious.

My fourth stay at the hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful, as always. The restaurant is pricey, but the food is generally good (avoid the oatmeal in the morning - instant oats for $10 is pretty cheeky). My room was tidy on the surface, but my children were quick to find gummy bears and chips from a prior guest beneath the bed. Clearly the room had not been vacuumed well. The pool area and the pool itself were full of sand. This was mentioned to the poolside maintenance person, but nothing was done about it. For nearly $300 per night for a standard room, the hotel will have to start doing better.

Your web site is excellent and your staff are great. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The only down side that I find is a lack of comfort in the public areas. (The main entry foyer and the dining room). There is no real comfort or welcome to the seating area in the foyer and the dining room does nothing to establish any sense of character. I think you could do much better to make more os these areas. The foyer is such a grand space but no wow factor.

Our studio room was wonderful, very clean and spacious enough. The balcony was great and we did get a partial view of the beach. Beach was fantastic, can't say enough about it. There is a kids spray park down from the resort which made it an ideal location for families with little kids. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking. There wasn't enough counter space to hold toiletries for everyone.

This hotel is beautiful. We always stay here while on the island because you really can't beat the view. It is a little more for the Ocean view and suite but the amenities make it worth it. Having a washer and dryer, and kitchen with a baby just makes things easier.I can't wait till we can stay a few more days on our next trip.
