You get what you pay for. I couldn't find a better rate in town. It's comfortable. The staff is nice. They clean well. Good location. It's no resort, but it does its job. Breakfast could use a little bit of work, however.
Nice place and better price than others we looked at in the area. Good continental breakfast as well. One of the electrical outlets beside the bed didn't seem to work, but that's a minor issue.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel but there isn't really anything special either. The place was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast is limited with no real protein. There also isn't any pool. The doors are thin and you can hear conversations in rooms when you are in the hall and vice versa. In my opinion, the price is slightly higher than it should be given these limitations. We would stay here again, but only if another hotel wasn't better priced with similar or better amenities.
The hotel was not bad at all. Great location in Parksville just opposite mini golf. Also close to other amenities. The rooms are an ok size and the continental breakfast was good. Lots of parking for the guests. Laundry was available as well as a gas barbecue. Nicely maintained. I had no kitchenette so can not speak for those rooms.
