Been to this restaurant a handful of times and I love it. A healthy meal with tons of flavor. Not going to lie I usually get the same thing because I love it... The west coast bowl is right up my alley. It's a bowl bursting with flavor and nutrients (seared tuna,beets,kale,carrots,sprouts,rice and sauces). If you are looking for somthing healthy, delicious and unique then you have to try this restaurant. (Basic eaters beware this isn't a burger and fries kind of place.)
Exceptional food, equally good service. Tons of gluten free, veggie/vegan and nut-free options (not that we really needed all of those). The fish tacos are incredible - arguably the best Ive ever enjoyed. Good selection of local craft beers and ciders, and cold-pressed juices. Casual environment, with tons of beautiful local art festooning the walls (for sale - bring your check book).
Maybe it's a good thing that Realm is in a different town from where I live- I would spend way too much money there!! Honestly, if you haven't been there, and you want to eat healthy, local food, but still taste really good, GO TO REALM. We love them so much they catered our wedding!!All of their meals have a ton of veggies, house made sauces, and small meat portions (our culture eats a lot of meat, and the smaller portions makes way more sense). I actually often just pick a random item off the menu because I don't care what I get at this point- it's always good.Anyways, I am going to Realm now, so this is where I end the review.
What a great place! Staff is super friendly. Food is filled with fresh healthy ingredients that has clearly had a ton of love put into carefully selecting the perfect combinations. So many healthy gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. And the Razz cider from Scenic Road Cider Co in Kelowna is so yummy. Don't miss the walls and ceiling filled with the work of local artists.
Great place for local sourced with veg, gluten free and vegan options. Lots of creative options to choose from on the menu, from bites to smoothies. All beautifully presented! Good selection of locally brewed beers and ciders on tap. Can't reserve but table rotation is pretty fast. You order before you sit, so when you are all done, you can just get up an go. I really enjoyed the fish tacos, the addition of the island made hot sauces were a great addition!
