The place itself is super cute but the service was terrible. It felt like none of the counter staff wanted to be there, and it made me feel like we were unwelcome. In particular the blonde girl with the nose ring and multiple ear piercings was unkind to us when my daughter spilled her hot chocolate. I asked for a towel to clean it up and she seemed so annoyed (my daughter is 4 and there are no lids for their kid hot chocolate cups so...) then handed me a towel. My daughter was so embarrassed and upset - thank goodness there was a kind customer who made her feel better. At least the girl who remade the hot chocolate (after I asked and offered to pay) let us have a half cup for free.
What a great place!!! We had a small casual wedding here on the patio. Service was great. Food was wonderful. Catering staff made the event planning easy. Will be using them for all my future events.
Good food for a casual lunch and lovely back courtyard. Definetly an older building that could use an update or two, but the friendly staff and nice environment make it a place i would go back to :)
Delightful little dining spot for breakfast. Good coffee. Great breakfast for the price. Had the breakfast fast bowl. potato's red yellow peppers bacon sausage scrambled eggs covered with cheese on top. Delicious
The Pacific Brimm is a quaint, cozy caf with a good atmosphere and delicious food. If I may be so bold, I'd say it's a bit TOO cozy; the area is a tight fit for table service, so waitresses had a hard time manoeuvring around the tables and chairs. I guess that's part of the caf experience, lol. I really enjoyed the food, it was delicious. I would come here again to try more food.
