This place has some of the best foods, supplements and non perishables with the most competitive pricing and very nice staff. They also have a take away breakie/lunch bar with super delicious healthy muffins, snacks, dessert items. Love this store!!!

Really great store. Would like to see a better selection of deodorant, dryer balls, etc... But the store is only so big. Staff are always friendly and helpful. LOVE all the milk substitutions they have at their cafe.
I love this store. The ultimate place to shop if you want organic, local foods especially meats. They have excellent selection for healthy ingredients. There dietitians on staff that offer assistance with vitamin & mineral supplements, protein shakes, sports drinks etc, are really, really helpful and I find quite valuable.I love there frozen food section, I love their spice options, I really love they sell natural pickles and the juice can be fully consumed as it is actually healthy and contains good bacteria!They have a nice little area at the back where you can purchase healthy options for cookies, powerball's, granola bars, lunch options including sandwiches and salads. It is really quite a quaint spot.They also have a bulk foods section!The parking is a little bit uncomfortable as there isn't very much, and the lineups at the till can be fairly lengthy. I think they are getting better at having a cashier's request assistance though.
