A newly installed bathroom tap (not installed by Roto-Rooter) was discovered to be leaking and had soaked and softened dry-wall. Roto-Rooter sent out a plumber right away, who got to work, made the repairs, gave us advice and left us smiling. I recently used the septic inspection services offered from the Parksville office as part of a home purchase. From the initial phone call to the actual inspection I couldnt have been more impressed by the high level of service offered. Natasha provided me with actual costs and fully explained to me the inspection process. She was courteous and very prompt in answering my questions and booking the inspection. On the day of the inspection my inspector, Paul, arrived early and immediately undertook his work. Paul was professional and he took the time to explain the septic system and how it functions. Paul shared all his findings with me, both good and bad, and his written report was detailed and clearly explained. I received a prompt quote for repairs from Shaun that was detailed. All in all, my experiences with Natasha, Paul and Shaun were pleasant and their combined expertise and service is truly appreciated. I would easily recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing/septic services.
The young fellow who came to disconnect my equipment was very pleasant and efficient. The fellow who came to hook me up was o.k. But his disheveled appearance did not inspire confidence that he had put on clean clothes that morning and I think I was the first stop. Appearances are almost as important as expertise and are a reflection of the companys outlook.
