The entire team is dedicated to a positive experience. Angelina and Chris were my therapists and both are fantastic! Always full of encouragement but always careful not to push too hard. Both therapies in amd out of the pool were integral in my recovery from a car crash in December of 2017.My thanks to Angelina, Chris, and the rest of the team!

My experience was really good. I found IMS treatment very successful for major muscle spasm. The immediate relief was unbelievable, thank you Angelina. Getting involved in Hydrotherapy was important to my recovery. Thank you to the team at Oceanside Physiotherapy!

After a fall while curling, I required orthopedic surgery to repair damage to my left rotator cuff. The wait time post injury was 11 months, and then 6 weeks delay post surgery before I could start Physio. Due to the delays, there was a lot of atrophy in the shoulder's muscular structure and my range of motion was significantly reduced. Once I could start physio, The staff at Oceanside Physio put me in the very capable hands of Alannah Howard. Her knowledge and understanding of her craft soon became obvious and under her care we were able to rebuild my range of motion and get the strength back into my shoulder. I'm back to full use of my arm and am able to swim again. All the staff at Oceanside are pleasant and easy to work with and very accommodating too!

I have followed the exercises and used the pool to help the muscles of my knee and thigh. I've started walking and eating better to loose a few pounds. I get the odd ache every once in a while but it is so much better. Very little pain and a lot more movement. Thanks to Joanne

I had a shoulder injury that got worse with time. I did have physiotherapy at the clinic which gave relief for a time. It was later determined that there was a significant tear in the rotator cuff, so therapy was not going to assist. I did have surgery, and started therapy immediately after the surgery. Hans provided caring and meaningful therapy and guidance for five months, with exercises that were meant to strengthen the shoulder muscles, with progressive exercises as strength permitted. Hans was very patient and understanding throughout the recovery period. The right exercises, along with the homework made the healing period shorter and has allowed me to do things that I haven't been able to do for many years. The physiotherapists at this clinic really care about getting their patients healthy again.
