I have been using Mid -Island ChemDry for many years. They are exceptionally professional and highly skilled. I have had a number of accidents, including a bad wine stain and they have always handled the problems beautifully.I will really recommend them for such good service.
Love the look of my carpets. Chemdry technician did a great a job. He was friendly, on time and I would recommend him to my friends and family. My carpets look brand new again. Recommended!
BUYER BEWARE !!!! 1st they garantee their work, 2nd it is to remove allergens, 3rdthey are supposed to be a reputable Ontario company. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE ! The technician Halal (very smelly man who needs a haircut)did my 690 square carpet area for $460 - I came in after he spent 25 minutes and some area were damp but the house smelled like oranges. So I assumed it was clean. At the same time he complained TO ME about another customer who needed the carpets cleaned 3 X's. Approx 2 hours later it all smelled still like dog but worse now....I phone customer service because I spilled some water and papertowelled the area --- nothing but beige dirt stained the paper towe! I then did random tests around the house and what do you know??....all the same gross colour. This guy DID NOT CLEAN MY CARPETS AND STOLE FROM US! Phoned customer service, they said sounds like he sprayed area with their orange treatments. That's what he did just sprayed the air after doing a few areas...maybe. 2nd time: Halar came 1 hour early that did not work for me..and then proceeded to YELL at me after I said it would have to be at the correct time. He stated that "I will sit in the driveway then ! " I said I do t feel comfortable with him just sitting in the driveway until the time. He was mad and left but first yelled at me "Listen to me" over and over again! He would not let me speak. Awful ! I had to demand him leave the property! 3rd time: a new technician was scheduled to come and clean "so that the customer can be happy"...I pull up and the horrendous technician Halal and the other tech are in the car waiting !!! ( He had a huge grin on his face very antgonistic). This was completely unprofessional and was an antagonistic move towards me. I asked them to leave as this was obvious that they are not to please the customer. These people will take your money. This is a FRANCHISE with no standard of manners customer service or ethics. Stay away 9 calls later with Parksville, Toronto, Headoffice and Victoria still no refund and had the last customer service agent talk over me and hang up. Awful company. Will complain to BBB for sure !!!!
