Great service from Ryan and the team at Castle, they came in and replaced our old carpet with this wonderful linoleum, we are beyond happy with the outcome. Can't wait until we need more floors done so we can use Castle again!
My wife and I spent an hour in here picking out a couple carpets. We didn't haggle on price or anything. We picked out a carpet and gave them our required measurements. It has been 4 weeks and we didn't get a call back or email with a price, despite giving our info to multiple people at the store. Nice showroom, would have loved to shop local...
Not really happy for their service at all. Yes, they did our carpet (2 bedrooms). But when you need them just to fixed just a tiny damaged of the carpet (only a patched). They wouldnt agree to it. Been calling them for many days (of course went to their office too). Been talking to Amy and Ryan but nothing happened. "I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY". I would rather go to "UNITED FLOORS" and talk to Dan or Dale.

Absolutely delightedWe just recently decided to replace our laminate flooring in the kitchen and hallway and I can't tell you enough how happy we are. Britt, the assistant managed was a delight to work with, so helpful and friendly and the two young men who installed our flooring (Les and Colin) did an amazing job.
