Went in on a Saturday morning to get a membership as I've read great reviews on ironwarehouse. Unfortunately I could tell the lady working front desk lacked fitness experience and wasn't able to show me how any machines work. Tour was hasty as well. I signed up with another local gym instead. Disappointing nonetheless.
This gym is great for locals and out of town visitors alike. While visiting Parksville I attended a number of the different small group training sessions. The classes were great, real challenging and sweaty workouts, and the trainers meet you at whatever level you're at to help you work towards your goal. The vibe is really inclusive and supportive - it's a great gym away from home :)
Iron Warehouse has so many awesome aspects. Not only are the owners community-driven, dedicated individuals, but they consistently are growing and developing their business to better accommodate more individuals. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, clean, easily accessible, and filled with the loveliest people.
Great place to do workout...I signed up 4 months ago and its been a great experience so far...reasonable fee...I can come in anytime of the day because of their 24/7 access hours using the keyfab...very good maintenace...really clean and not smelly inside...friendly staff...parking is not too bad...mostly new equipment...i just hope they have a couple of punching bags or towers for boxing at the Stanford Avenue branch so i can bring my gloves in but all in all this place is awesone...
Love this gym! The staff is very friendly, helpful and always in a great mood, the clients are as well. This gym has a comfortable inviting vibe. Very clean which is important to me. Great place to workout, all you need is at this gym. Plus there is also workout classes you can attend and the ladies are fabulous.Highly recommend!!!!
