Was on the island for work, had an accident, and needed to get back to Vancouver asap. They had me up and going in a couple of hours and made sure I was a priority. Very personable, seemed to sincerely care about my predicament. Definitely recommend.
first of all did my front brakes which failed then charged me over 1000.00 for rear brakes which would cost 300.00 on other places. smooth talkers. Don 't believe them.

On a drive home from a doctors appointment in Nanaimo we experienced some car trouble and fortunately drove into the right service station. It was nearing closing time but within minutes they had diagnosed the problem found the parts and had the car up on the hoist. They had the new brakes in the car and ready to go within the hour. They were friendly and cared that we got home that night.
These guys were AMAZING! I would recommend this service centre to anyone. We had a front end inspection done on our car as we'd driven quite a way and there was a bit of an unusual rattle coming from the front. We pulled in and asked if they had any appointments, and despite being really busy they had the car up on the jack within 5 minutes and two mechanics assessed the main structures and brakes and duly noticed a chassis bolt that had come loose which once tightened solved the problem. Huge thanks to Wayne and Stu et al. Amazing service... and they also hoovered the car as well - 5 stars. Thanks! Canada - friendliest place on Earth.
