This nursery has beautiful plants for sale. But THATS ALL. I waited 2 months only to find that ordering from this nursery is a nightmare. They tested my patience. They refuse to merge orders going to the same recipient. Not to mention your shipping will cost you just as much if not twice as much as the goods in youre parcel. I wanted a V. Tricolor Suavis which was $35 they quoted me $77 for shipping. Can you believe it? Just about $120 for one bloody plant. Thats not even including the second order I placed. Forget it. They need to improve their customer service. Also if youve had a similar experience to me and want to leave a review download google maps on your phone. I am appalled at how Ive been treated and gutted that I waited all that time for nothing. People shouldnt be treated like this. Go to ten shin orchids, tropical garden orchids, forestview orchids anywhere but here.
I bought about 150$ worth of orchids from them last year. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, however the orchids I received were tiny and a few of them have no mature leaves, just bulbs with one or two new growths. So, they looked pretty bad. I am trying to revive them but I rather buy a bushy healthy plant if I could. I might buy from them again but if so, I would ask for photos of the plants they are shipping to me.

Purchased a Burrageara orchid from these guys about 6 months ago and the plant shipped fast and in perfect condition (with 2 flower spikes!). The potting medium (new zealand spagnum) was very fresh and the roots in FANTASTIC condition. My orchid has doubled in size since. The owners were also very friendly and helpful on the phone. Good experience, would be a returning customer
